2. Services Provided

Eduspark Tuitions provides educational tutoring services for 11+ exam preparation, including but not limited to:

• Year 3, 4, and 5 tuition programs
• Creative Writing courses
• Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning training
• Mock exams and assessments
• Progress reports and feedback

3. Registration and Enrollment

• Registration is subject to availability
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete
• Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment

4. Fees and Payment

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Payment plans are available upon request
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy

5. Attendance and Cancellation Policy

• Regular attendance is essential for student progress
• Missed classes due to student absence are non-refundable
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation by Eduspark Tuitions, a makeup class will be provided or a refund issued

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and regularly
• Complete assigned homework and practice materials
• Behave respectfully towards tutors and other students
• Follow our code of conduct

We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for disruptive behavior or violation of our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, resources, and content provided by Eduspark Tuitions are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may use materials solely for personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without permission.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding student progress, assessments, and personal information. Information is shared only with parents/guardians unless required by law.

9. Liability

While we strive for excellence in education, Eduspark Tuitions cannot guarantee specific exam results or school placement. We are not liable for:

• Exam performance or school admission outcomes
• Loss of personal property during classes
• Injuries occurring outside of our direct supervision

10. Health and Safety

• Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs
• We maintain a safe learning environment
• In case of emergency, parents will be contacted immediately

11. Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
